Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlexPNL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

FlexPNL is a web-based platform that allows Solana wallet holders to retrieve on-chain trading data and overlay verified Profit & Loss (PNL) information onto video clips. The resulting media can be exported as MP4 video files or PNG images and shared publicly via a verifiable link at /verify/[hash].

You are solely responsible for any video content you upload or import. By using the Service you represent and warrant that: (a) you own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions; (b) your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; (c) your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies of the original content source.

FlexPNL connects to your Solana wallet address to read publicly available on-chain transaction data. We do not request, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases at any time. Wallet connections are handled client-side via browser wallet adapters (e.g. Phantom, Solflare). Exported video metadata and verification hashes are stored in our database solely to enable the public /verify/[hash] feature.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that violates third-party rights; (b) produce or distribute misleading, fraudulent, or fabricated trading performance data; (c) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features; (d) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service; (e) impersonate any person or entity.

PNL data is fetched in real time from the Solana blockchain via the Helius API and supplemented by Jupiter, DexScreener, and CoinGecko pricing APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the completeness, timeliness, or fitness of this data for any particular purpose. Past trading performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FlexPNL does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected or that the platform or its server is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlexPNL and its operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
